Delivery and payment
We dispatch orders from the OutletBaby warehouse in Suchy Las, Poland, to the countries listed below. Select the correct delivery country in the store before shopping.
Delivery countries and costs
The table shows starting rates for standard prepaid parcels in the currency indicated. Available services and the final cost depend on the address, basket and selected currency. They appear after you enter your address, before you confirm the order.

Free delivery applies to a selected pickup-point or locker service, not every delivery method. In Poland this is DPD Pickup. Select the free option available for your order. A dash means that no standard option or threshold is listed here.
Processing and delivery times
We usually prepare orders within 1–2 working days; for prepaid orders this starts when payment is received. Transit time is separate and starts at dispatch. Estimates:
- Poland: 2–3 working days.
- Germany: 2–3 working days.
- Greece: 5–8 working days.
For other countries, transit time depends on the service and address. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date. Times are estimates; weekends and public holidays are not working days.
Pickup points and bulky products
For pickup-point or locker delivery, select the collection location as instructed by the chosen service. Large or heavy products may require an XL service at a different rate. Selected bulky products have separate free-shipping conditions. Check the total delivery cost for mixed baskets before confirming your order.
Payment
Available online payment methods appear at checkout. Cash on delivery is available only when a COD / payment-on-delivery option is offered for your country and basket; its delivery charge may be higher than for prepaid orders.
Tracking and help
After dispatch you will receive tracking information. For delivery questions or damaged or delayed parcels, email shop@outletbaby.com and include your order number.
